With over 25 years of service-oriented experience, Lincoln began his career in healthcare, gaining recognition for his commitment to patient care and operational excellence. His passion for caring for others led him to train the next generation of leaders in physical therapy.

Lincoln then transitioned to law enforcement, where he selflessly dedicated 19 years to public safety. As a Detective, Field Training Officer, Crisis Intervention Team Officer, and SWAT Team Hostage Negotiator, he made a lasting impact on his community and colleagues by training patrol officers
and newly appointed detectives to sharpen their policing and investigative skills.

Following his career in law enforcement, Lincoln moved into the corporate sector, where he held a senior leadership role overseeing client services in the insurance industry. In this role, he leveraged his expertise in relationship-building, training, and communication to develop tailored solutions that
effectively addressed the unique needs of his clients.

Now, as a Certified Leadership Development Coach, Lincoln combines his communication and training skills to transform and empower leaders. His coaching focuses on practical application, leadership development, and emotional intelligence, recognizing that effective leadership involves
both technical skills and relational growth.
